Efficient, cost-effective and reliable pallet transport.

Pallet accumulation is the ideal way to transport pallets over long distances whilst improving site safety with zero-line pressure accumulation. Manufacturers and distributors can use accumulation to sync up workflows with different cycle times. Buffering is also useful when goods need to be collated before being transported to another area, e.g. preparing for batch changeovers.

We specialise in pallet conveyor systems that can accumulate pallets, wire mesh pallets and trays with minimal motors. While other solutions motorise every conveyor section, our solutions use a single motor to drive up to 20 metres. Our accumulation method requires very little power, which means that users can reduce their energy expenses.

With our extensive portfolio of conveyor components, we can also install lifting stations, turntables and stackers/destackers. Our design team will consider your current processes to establish the optimal material flow, connecting various work areas.

Our accumulating roller conveyor can operate at ambient temperature or, in deep-freeze areas, as low as -30 °C. The drive station may be placed in the centre of the track, under the track, or on each side of the conveyor.
