The German manufacturer of team sportswear JAKO optimised their headquarters in Mul­ngen-Hollenbach (Baden-Wuerttemberg) together with the GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group. The expansion of the warehouse facility and the integration of control modules in a third-party technology now makes it possible to meet the increasing order volume and individual customer requests.

Special Function for JAKO

Five GEBHARDT lifters hand the containers to the picking workstations or through an automatic transfer system via the GEBHARDT conveyor system to their next picking station and dispatch. The GEBHARDT lifters were manufactured as a special construction for JAKO, which connects the picking area with the AutoStore.

Transport with Goods Lifts

The newly installed GEBHARDT ConVer® 147 goods lift enables a trained attendant to move the goods between the dierent levels of the shelf storage.

GEBHARDT Automates Internal Processes at JAKO − Partnership Cooperation for Years

JAKO is a well-known German manufacturer of team sportswear and has relied on the products of GEBHARDT Fördertechnik GmbH from Sinsheim for many years. Approx. 30,000 articles in different colours and sizes are stored at the site in Mulfingen. Since 1997, new projects have been realised together.
