The GEBHARDT accumulating roller conveyor is suitable for transporting totes, trays and cartons. Our systems gather goods in an energy-efficient manner and without any accumulation pressure.
Each accumulation zone of our accumulation system has a separate drive and sensors. When a zone becomes unoccupied, the adjacent zone will react and move a unit forward. This responsive movement queues items without risk of collision. It creates a uniform line of goods with minimal spacing between each unit.
We can use either 24V motor rollers or 400V drive stations under the track to steadily convey goods. We can also pair MCC control modules with 24V technologies to manage accumulation logic, without an external higher-level control.
