The GEBHARDT SpeedSorter® is a high-performance sortation system designed to efficiently handle a wide variety of products, including totes, cartons, packets, polybags, and paper bags. Its speed and precision ensure that orders are processed accurately, even during high-volume periods with tight deadlines.

Tailored for manufacturers and distributors, the SpeedSorter® enhances the efficiency of incoming goods, order picking, and dispatch. It features a continuous loop of cross-belt modules with multiple infeeds and diverging chutes. Items are automatically loaded onto the loop and scanned by barcode scanners. Based on preset criteria, such as destination, the items are then ejected onto the appropriate chute for collection by employees, who can prepare them for shipping or storage.

With its modular, "plug and play" design, the SpeedSorter® can be easily expanded to support business growth.
