GEBHARDT StoreBiter® OPS
The Ultimate Form of Pallet Storage
The GEBHARDT StoreBiter® OPS is an efficient one-pallet shuttle system designed to automate the storage and retrieval of pallets and wire crates, improving manufacturing and distribution processes. The shuttle vehicle itself serves as a load handling device (LHD).
It offers high throughput, flexibility, and scalability, making it easy to adapt to changing storage needs. With its compact and durable design, the system optimises storage space. It also ensures energy-efficient operation and easy installation. The shuttle’s autonomous movement allows it to navigate independently within warehouse channels.
Our one-pallet shuttle is also a cost-effective solution. It features low investment and operating costs, along with minimal maintenance requirements. This makes it ideal for high-performance warehouse environments that demand continuous operation.

High Throughput & Robust Design
The GEBHARDT StoreBiter® OPS can significantly increase throughput by eliminating manual handling in favour of secure automated transport. The shuttles can operate simultaneously without blocking each other, ensuring a quick route to and from storage. It can move bidirectionally anywhere on the rack and in the front zone. Additionally, the one-pallet shuttle uses a direct connection to WMS order management software to instantly identify the storage destination to travel to, improving storage and retrieval speed. The robust yet lightweight design ensures a long lifespan even with heavy usage, maximising uptime and minimising maintenance costs. The shuttle's weight also contributes to reduced overall energy consumption, leading to lower energy costs.

Flexible, Scalable Storage & Maximum Storage Density
The StoreBiter® OPS offers flexible operations and a flexible design. The shuttles can operate independently, change rack aisles, and organise storage based on either LIFO or FIFO principles. They can also be integrated with other intralogistics technologies, such as vertical conveyors. In terms of design flexibility, using OPS shuttles enables rapid scaling of operations by adding more shuttles to meet new throughput requirements. The system's autonomous control allows for easy reconfigurations of work areas to accommodate temporary layout changes or increased order volumes without reprogramming. Furthermore, the GEBHARDT StoreBiter® OPS optimises storage density with its innovative design, featuring multi-deep storage channels and flexible storage concepts that utilise both horizontal and vertical space efficiently. The compact shuttle design also minimises aisle space requirements, ensuring high storage density even in smaller footprints.

Quick Installation & Low Investment Costs
The GEBHARDT StoreBiter® OPS system offers quick installation and commissioning due to its simple design, which eliminates the need for complex cable and rope connections. Its autonomous shuttle operates independently within warehouse channels, allowing for faster setup and easy integration with various systems such as storage and retrieval machines, transfer cars, or vertical conveyors. The system provides a cost-effective solution with low investment and operating costs. The passive storage channels, along with the robust shuttle construction, result in minimal maintenance. Additionally, the use of supercapacitors reduces energy consumption, and the lightweight design ensures energy efficiency, optimised for 24/7 operation with minimal downtime and no need for time-consuming recharging.
Efficient Storage of Pallets at KW Automotive
Together with the GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group, KW automotive GmbH reorganised its intralogistics at the main site in Fichtenberg. Warehouse processes were to be optimised using technology such as one-pallet shuttles.
Thanks to advanced intralogistics solutions, KW automotive reduced their operational costs and established a smooth, efficient material flow.
